Our Story

We cook, bake and roast with the scent of Africa. From every beer and coffee we help rhinos and zebras.

Our mission

Gastronomy that gives back to the wild

Every beer and every coffee helps endangered animals survive. At home and in Africa.

We started in 1999. One restaurant, one idea: bring the flavors of home together with the scents of Africa. Step by step we grew, adding our own brewery, coffee roastery and bakery. Today we have 15 locations, but the heart stays one.

In twenty-seven years we haven’t changed in what matters most. We still cook from honest ingredients, with no palm oil, and water from our own artesian wells. We still roast coffee to order and bake bread every morning. And we still believe our business should have a purpose, so a koruna from every beer and coffee goes to endangered animals.

We are not just a gastronomy company. We are a group of people who want to show that flavor, craft and meaning can go hand in hand.
