Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

Pursuant to amendment of Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on consumer protection, the operator is obliged to inform consumers of the competent body for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes for the type of goods or services offered.

The consumer has the right to submit a request for out-of-court resolution of such a dispute to the designated body, which is:
