African coffees from inside Safari Park
Safari Coffee is roasted from beans grown on African farms — in Uganda, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Cameroon. The same regions our zebras, rhinos and elephants come from now fill our cups.
We brew it at our Lemur and Kibo restaurants, sell it whole-bean and ground, and every sip helps protect the maneless zebra — a species we have been successfully breeding at Dvůr Králové Zoo for over two decades.

Robusta from Uganda and Cameroon, Arabica from Ethiopia (Djimmah, Guji) and Tanzania (Tanga). No commodity blends — named regions with their own terroir.
Roasted in Dvůr
We roast the beans right inside Safari Park Dvůr Králové. The result: our two signature blends — Equus and Quagga.
Cup at Lemur — or at home
You drink the finished coffee at our Lemur and Kibo restaurants — or take a 250 g or 500 g pack home from our e‑shop.

Káva Equus
African blend · Robusta + Arabica
40% Robusta Uganda · 20% Robusta Cameroon · 20% Arabica Tanzania (Tanga) · 20% Arabica Ethiopia (Djimmah)
A full, earthy body, dark chocolate and caramel from the Robustas, balanced by honey, tropical fruit and jasmine notes from the Arabicas. A classic African blend with a solid backbone.

Káva Quagga
African blend · Robusta + Arabica
40% Robusta Cameroon · 30% Arabica Ethiopia (Guji, Shakiso) · 30% Arabica Tanzania (Tanga)
A higher Arabica share gives Quagga a sweeter profile — forest fruit and cocoa from Ethiopian Guji, honey and tropical fruit from Tanzanian Tanga. The Cameroon Robusta carries the depth.
