Purposes and legal grounds
Personal data (name, email, phone, message content) from reservation and contact forms are processed to handle your request (contract performance and legitimate interest). For statutory obligations (accounting, tax records) we process data on receipts and invoices. Premises are monitored by CCTV for property and personal safety (legitimate interest).
Retention period
Form data is retained for up to 6 months, unless longer retention is required by law (e.g. accounting documents — 10 years). CCTV footage maximum 14 days.
Your rights
As a data subject you have the right to:
- access your personal data and obtain a copy,
- rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data,
- erasure ("right to be forgotten") in cases stipulated by law,
- restriction of processing and portability of data,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — Czech DPA (ÚOOÚ).

Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookieless service without individual user tracking. Server-side we use only essential technical cookies for i18n routing. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other consent- requiring tracking tools.
Security
Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (cookieless) and rate-limiting. All communication is over HTTPS with current cryptographic standards.
