We bake like at home — because this is home
No palm oil. No preservatives. No bagged shortcuts. Flour, water, salt, sourdough and honest handwork — that is all that goes into our bread.
While the brewery cleans its tanks and the roaster warms up across the courtyard, our oven has been working since the small hours. What comes out of it in the morning is on the table by lunchtime — no shipping, no warehousing in between.
A day at our bakery
We start before the park even opens — and that is what fresh really means.
Dark hours and dough
The baker fires up the oven and mixes flour, water, salt and starter. Nothing is rushed — the dough decides for itself when it is ready.
By hand
Loaves are shaped by hand, cakes cut, the beer-dough strudel filled with apples. Each shape is made by fingers, not machines.
From oven to table
When the park gates open, our bread goes hot straight to the restaurants and cafés. No warehouses, no delivery routes – just a short walk.
